I am a Phoenix-based photographer and an observer of the unposed world. cfoto is my personal record of reality as it unfolds.
For me, photography is about presence. It is the instinctual reaction to what's happening right in front of me. My lens is drawn to the residents of the Sonoran Desert — wildlife portraits, quiet landscapes, and the stillness between the noise.
Every image here is a record of a moment that was going to happen whether I was there or not. I simply try to be there when it does, and deliver a perspective as honest as the moment itself.
